Thank you for your interest in the Loma Linda University Pharmacy Residency Program. All residency and fellowship applicants must:
1. Be a permanent resident or citizen of the United States.
2. Be graduate of an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy (or from one in pre-candidacy status).
3. Be eligible to be licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of California.
4. PGY2 applicants must have completed an ASHP-accredited PGY1 pharmacy residency (or be in candidate status).
While Loma Linda University is a Seventh-day Adventist institution, applicants of all faiths are welcome and encouraged to apply.
The following programs will be participating in the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS):
Post Graduate Year One (PGY1) - Pharmacy Residency

- Post Graduate Year Two (PGY2) - Internal Medicine
- Post Graduate Year Two (PGY2) - Medication Safety
- Post Graduate Year Two (PGY2) - Oncology Residency
- Post Graduate Year Two (PGY2) - Pediatrics Residency
In addition to the PHORCAS application, all applicants must submit a response to the Loma Linda University Mission Statement should you be invited for an onsite interview.
