Dr. Allison Hur was born in South Korea and grew up in Orange County, CA. She completed her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at St. John’s University in New York. Her clinical interests include infectious diseases and pediatrics. Outside of pharmacy, she spends her time traveling, spending time with her friends and family, and playing with her dog.

Dr. Jina Lee grew up in Foster City, CA located in the Bay Area. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at University of California - Los Angeles and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at University of California - San Francisco. Her professional interests include geriatric pharmacy and chronic disease management. She is an advocate of healthy and dignified aging and hopes to continue her career working with older adults. During her free time she enjoys trying new breakfast recipes, visiting new cities, and watching movies and short films.

Dr. Mireya Lopez was born and raised in Rancho Cucamonga, California. She completed her Bachelor of Science from Cal Poly Pomona. Her interests include infectious disease and critical care. Outside of pharmacy, Mireya enjoys traveling, trying out new restaurants, and watching thriller movies on Netflix.

Dr. Luis Tolento Cortes was born In Vallejo, California and grew up in Fairfield, California. He graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and a minor in Exercise Biology. He completed his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at California Northstate University. His professional interests include critical care and infectious disease. Outside of pharmacy, he enjoys learning languages, traveling, weightlifting, and watching anime.

Dr. Jerald Varona was born in Los Angeles, CA and raised in Chino Hills, CA. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacological Chemistry at the University of California, San Diego. He then went on to complete his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Western University of Health Sciences. His current clinical interests include infectious disease and anticoagulation. Outside of pharmacy he enjoys tennis, dance, exploring new restaurants, and going to concerts.

Kirsten Vyhmeister, PharmD

Dr. Kirsten Vyhmeister was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. She completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. She then went on to complete the dual degree Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Arts in Bioethics program at Loma Linda University. Her professional interests include internal medicine and academia. For fun, she enjoys reading mystery novels and non-fiction, hiking, painting, playing intramural sports, and learning guitar.

Dr. Katherine Wu is from San Diego, CA. She received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. She then completed her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of California, San Diego Skaggs School of Pharmacy. Her current clinical interests include cardiology and solid organ transplant. Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, eating and exploring good food, watching Netflix, and rock climbing.

DanQuynh Bui, PharmD

Dr. DanQuynh Bui was born and raised in San Jose, California. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from University of California, Irvine and her Doctorate of Pharmacy from University of Southern California. As one of the PGY-1 Behavioral Health Integration Ambulatory Care Residents, her clinical interests fall within the realm of psychiatry. Of note, Dr. Bui has a passion for mentoring students and paying it forward, similarly to how her mentors have gone the extra mile to help her pave her own path. Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys playing ping pong, drawing, eating yummy foods (fried chicken, sushi), listening to good music while walking around the neighborhood, watching anime, understanding people’s Myers Briggs, and spending quality time with loved ones.

Dr. Joseph Lee was born in Van Nuys, CA, but grew up in Busan, South Korea. He completed his BS in Biochemistry / Cell Biology degree from University of California, San Diego. He further pursued Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Loma Linda University. His clinical interest area is in psychiatry. Outside of pharmacy, he enjoys going out to eat, rock climb, and do room escapes.

Dr. Austin Wagner was born and raised in Riverside, CA. He completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology at Southern Adventist University in Collegdale, TN. He then completed his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Loma Linda University. He looks to make clinical pharmacy within the community setting a standard and personal interests include diabetes and pharmacy management. His interests outside of pharmacy include surfing, skiing, hiking, camping, motorcycle riding, and fishing.

Dr. Erinn Fung was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience & Cognitive Science with an emphasis in neurobiology at the University of Arizona, and completed her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY-1 at Loma Linda and is staying on for another year to pursue her passion in cardiology. Her clinical interests include: heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, & atrial fibrillation. In her free time, she enjoys reading, trying new foods, spending time with her family, watching anime, going to concerts, and karaoke-ing. .

She is continuing her training in oncology/hematology and is excited to continue mentoring and working with pharmacy students. Dr. Krishna Daiya is currently the PGY2 Pediatric Pharmacy Resident. She was born and raised in Queens, New York. She graduated from University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences with her PharmD. Dr. Daiya then completed her PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at NYU Langone Hospital—Long Island in Mineola, New York. She is excited to explore various pediatric subspecialties at Loma Linda University. Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys going on hikes, trying new recipes and watching Friends.

Caleb McLeod, PharmD

Caleb is originally from Elsberry, Missouri.  He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Biology at Saint Louis University and completed his Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences and his Doctor of Pharmacy at St. Louis College of Pharmacy.  He went on to complete his PGY1 at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.  His infectious disease interests include antimicrobial resistance and antimicrobial stewardship.  Outside of pharmacy, Caleb enjoys playing video and board games, reading, cooking, and video chatting his family..

Dr. Victoria Grant is originally from Lynn, Massachusetts. She completed a 6 year PharmD program at the University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy. She went on to complete her PGY1 training at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, Massachusetts. Her infectious disease interests include pharmacokinetics, resistance patterns, and antimicrobial stewardship. Outside of pharmacy, Victoria enjoys reading, cooking, water sports, amusement parks, and spending time with her family.

Brittney Migliozzi, PharmD

Dr. Brittney Migliozzi was born in Loma Linda, California and grew up locally in San Bernardino, California. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Health Science at California Baptist University in Riverside, California. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Loma Linda University. Dr. Migliozzi completed her ambulatory care focused PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Kingman Regional Medical Center in Kingman, Arizona. After completion of her diabetes fellowship, she wishes to pursue board certification in ambulatory care pharmacy and advanced diabetes management. She plans to work as a clinical specialist within an ambulatory care clinic managing type 1 and 2 diabetes. In her free time, Dr. Migliozzi loves to be at Disneyland, petting dogs, watching Netflix, shopping, or spending time with family and friends.
