Third-year PharmD student LouBlayne Dilag, along with some of his pharmacy school friends and faculty, recently returned from an amazing Loma Linda University mission trip to Armenia! See more photos on Instagram.
During their time at the clinic there, they served the local community in a variety of meaningful ways while also experiencing the rich culture of Armenia. Our future pharmacists assisted with patient triage, provided medication and therapeutic recommendations in the behavioral health clinic under the guidance of preceptors, and helped dispense and distribute medications to patients. Outside of the clinic, they visited several religious and historical sites and enjoyed incredible local cuisine, making the experience both professionally enriching and personally memorable.
Everyone who experiences an LLU mission trip comes back to tell everyone else, "You should go, too!"
