Discovery is a two-week program for underrepresented minority high school students from the Inland Empire who are interested in health sciences careers. 

Organized by LLU Community-Academic Partners in Service (CAPS), the summer program, held July 14-26 on the campus of Loma Linda University campus, featured daily health science activities at seven of the eight LLU schools and a day of local community service. 

Discovery students participated in an interactive learning environment, gained skills to prepare for college, and explored career opportunities in fields, including: Allied Health Professions, Behavioral Health, Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Public Health.
