PY1 students received pharmacy white coats in a special ceremony signifying the start of their journeys towards becoming pharmacists
The event was held in the beautiful Campus Hill Church and was sponsored by LLUSP's long-time partner, Walgreens. The ceremony began with songs of worship led by students, words of welcome from Interim Dean Dr. Kyle Sousa, and heartfelt remarks from Walgreens representative Dr. Paul Huynh. Alumna from LLUSP's class of 2019 Dr. Rachel McDaniel shared her personal testimony of God's faithfulness to her throughout pharmacy school. Her inspiring message will encourage students during difficult times over the next four years.
Faculty members jacketed different students from the class; students also received Bibles as gifts from the School of Pharmacy.
God's truest blessings of wisdom, peace, and courage be upon the members of the Class of 2027!
