      1.  Applying through PharmCAS

In early July, the PharmCAS application will open for filing and close in early November. Visit the PharmCAS website www.pharmcas.org to establish an account and begin an application. Detailed instructions can be found at this site to assist you in completing the PharmCAS application.

      2.  LLUSP Supplemental Application

After PharmCAS has processed your completed application and is received by LLU, you will be sent an e-mail invitation with instructions on how to complete the online LLUSP Supplemental Application. The deadline for completing the LLUSP Supplemental Application is 15 days after the invitation is sent to you. The LLUSP Supplemental Application is sent to all students who apply to LLU School of Pharmacy through PharmCAS. Please note there is a $75 Supplemental Application Fee.

      3.  Submitting Letters of Recommendation

Use PharmCAS to submit a minimum of three letters of recommendation. It is recommended that two letters come from a science instructor and/or a professional in the pharmacy field. Committee letters of recommendation are only required and accepted from schools affiliated with the Seventh-day Adventist Church and will fulfill the three letter requirement.

One letter of recommendation is required from a pastor, clergy, or spiritual advisor. This letter may be submitted directly to LLUSP through the online supplemental application if you choose not to send it through PharmCAS. All other letters of recommendation should be submitted directly to PharmCAS.

Reapplicants must submit at least one new letter of recommendation. Previously submitted letters of recommendation will be used for the current application cycle.

      4.  Official Transcripts for PharmCAS Application

Official transcripts for U.S. students must be received by PharmCAS by their published November deadline. International transcript evaluations by a LLU School of Pharmacy approved evaluation service must be received by PharmCAS by their published November deadline. Refer to the "International Students and Coursework" section below for approved companies.

      Submitting Transcripts to LLUSP

This includes all colleges, universities, military credit, and unaccredited schools. Transcripts must be sent by the issuing institution(s) directly to LLU Admissions Processing. Transcripts provided in any other manner are unofficial and will not be accepted for purposes of admission. International students must submit all official U.S. and international (non-U.S.) transcripts to LLUSP by the published November PharmCAS deadline. (Please visit International Student Admissions for more information.)
